    Great product!

    Last year I was suffering from depression, and being sad everyday. I did not feel like being around people, and going out. My doctor ran labs for me, and it turned out my Vitamin D was at 18. I searched for Vitamin D3 with K2 because they are important to be taken together, and I chose this brand. After about 4 weeks I did my labs again and my D3 has jumped to 45.     I did not realize low vitamin D3 level can cause depression. I was not sure what was causing my depression and more stressed, I thought it was because I changed jobs. My friend who is a doctor told me to visit my doctor, so I did, and the doctor requested different blood labs. My vitamin D3 levels turned out to be SUPER low.
